Our TERMS AND CONDITIONS apply to all activity occurring on this website (www.professionalwna.com), including all pages on the professionalwna.com domain, any related domains, third-party domains hosting Professional Women's Networking Association intellectual property, Professional Women's Networking Association bulletin boards, blogs, social networking properties, member databases, and internal or e-mail submissions, regardless of whether they are specifically referenced herein (“the Services”).

Statement of Non-Affiliation

Professional Women's Networking Association, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is a for-profit California corporation. Professional Women's Networking Association is not associated or affiliated with any other women’s association, nor with any other organization or entity except for those specifically identified in the Services provided by Professional Women's Networking Association. If any other individual, organization or third-party of any type represents to a user that it is somehow affiliated with Professional Women's Networking Association, the user is asked to report and/or verify this representation to Professional Women's Networking Association by contacting contact@professionalwna.com.

PWNA Membership Benefits

Professional Women's Networking Association exists to serve its members, and strives to maximize the value of its memberships by providing America’s most value-added, secure forum designed exclusively for professional women to grow socially and professionally. Professional Women's Networking Association provides both paid and complimentary levels of memberships:

Paid Membership Levels : Our experience and research has shown that our members experience success in proportion to the degree of commitment they give to their membership and active participation they experience with other members. To maximize our members’ opportunities, Professional Women's Networking Association invests significant resources in developing interactive benefits for our paid members, at various levels. Descriptions of the benefits available to you at each level are displayed under the BENEFITS tab at www.professionalwna.com.

Initial Membership : Unlike many networking organizations, which typically require a fee for inclusion, you are eligible for a free Initial Membership. While this membership is not interactive and does not permit you to obtain a local chapter membership or network with our paid members, the benefits are significant.

PWNA Automatic Membership Renewals

All paid Professional Women's Networking Association memberships are monthly from date of purchase. For your convenience and protection – to prevent lapses in your Professional Women's Networking Association membership and ancillary benefits through our partners – Professional Women's Networking Association will automatically renew your membership each month, using the credit card you initially provided. As your membership payment draws near, Professional Women's Networking Association will send you a reminder before processing your membership renewal.

Professional Women's Networking Association membership services are delivered immediately. Upon the conclusion of your membership sales application, Professional Women's Networking Association automatically sends you an email containing your login information so that you may begin to use the services, and Professional Women's Networking Association automatically completes your membership profile and links it with the nearest Local Chapter, so that you can immediately begin in-person networking if you wish. At the same time, Professional Women's Networking Association automatically enrolls you in the ancillary benefits through our business partners and pays for your enrollment up-front. Because Professional Women's Networking Association immediately delivers its services and incurs full costs for your membership, Professional Women's Networking Association membership sales are final, discussed below.

If you wish to opt out of automatic renewal or to change the credit card used for your renewal, please email our Renewal Department at support@professionalwna.com.

Professional Women's Networking Association makes every effort to communicate its billing and renewal policies and to remind members of their authorization to automatically renew their membership. These policies are explained during the membership application process and an online authorization for the automatic renewal is requested. This authorization is recorded and kept on file, and our Compliance Team reviews each submission to confirm that authorization was given. In the rare event that authorization was not given, Professional Women's Networking Association will contact you to explain and receive a clear confirmation.

Additionally, Professional Women's Networking Association's welcome email provides a link to these Terms & Conditions and requires that you read and acknowledge them prior to using the services. Professional Women's Networking Association system tracks and logs your acknowledgment of the Terms & Conditions, and maintains a record of your access to the services.

Professional Women's Networking Association will send a reminder to the email address we have on file, about ten business days prior to your renewal - so please make sure that you show www.professionalwna.com as an authorized contact. Please advise us as soon as possible of any changes in your contact information.

If you elect to opt out and not renew your membership or to renew your membership using a different credit card, we ask that you provide notice as soon as possible; preferably no later than 10 days prior to your renewal date, or upon receipt of your reminder, whichever occurs first. Contacting our Renewal Department by email at support@professionalwna.com. Requests received within forty-eight business hours of the scheduled renewal may not be processed, and those renewals will take place. However, you may contact us to discuss your account, by calling emailing us at support@professionalwna.com.

All Membership Sales Final

As discussed, Professional Women's Networking Association delivers its services immediately upon the membership sale. At that time, Professional Women's Networking Association pays to enroll you in its third-party programs, to complete and manage your profile, and for each of your tier-specific benefits. All of Professional Women's Networking Association's membership sales are considered final and fully-consummated at the time of the sale and you have agreed that Professional Women's Networking Association may collect all outstanding dues by charging the credit card provided at the time of original sale. As such, there are no refunds unless required by application of law operating independent from these Terms & Conditions.

Use of Member Database

Professional Women's Networking Association expressly reserves the right to use all information members provide in association with their profiles, including name, geographic data, professional data, and other information, as Professional Women's Networking Association sees fit, keeping in mind that we are very judicious with the use of our members’ information and make every effort to identify opportunities that are beneficial to our members.
