It is time to get in shape and this training program is going to help you get there.
Receive two days of group training, two days of one-on-one personal training, and a day of training with a local accountability partner from your class. You will also receive a custom nutrition plan, bi-weekly assessments, and custom workouts to fit your lifestyle and personal needs. The program runs for 5 weeks and Includes 20 sessions.
You will have two group sessions to choose from:
Monday & Wednesday at 10am or 6pm
All personal training sessions are scheduled on Tuesday's & Thursday's between you and your trainer. Your trainer will come to you, train you in a gym, or meet you at a local outdoor area (ie. park or track) depending on your preference and needs.
All training will be done in the Antelope Valley, so clients must be located within 15 miles of Lancaster and Palmdale.
